LadyDanger2743: Fixed broken links to the now-defunct forums, and clarified rules regarding ban appeals. Made a handful of changes, especially to the section regarding possible rule violations, to make the tone sound less inflammatory. This page may need more edits and/or changes with the creation of the Curation team, once they're set in their position a bit more.
