Spawns in the captain's quarters. Used to arm the Nuclear Fission Explosive.

A decoy nuclear authentication disk can be purchased from a Syndicate Uplink.

Decoy disks cannot be told apart from real disks by just a glance or inspecting them. There is other ways to tell if the disk is false by using a Pinpointer or checking its price for exemple.
