Whitelisting Info

A portion of roles on DeltaV servers - primarily Security and Command roles - are locked behind an in-game whitelist; you will not be able to play these roles unless you successfully apply for them.

To apply, follow the steps in the whitelisting forum on our Discord, or send an email to trianglevee@aol.com containing your username and the whitelist tier you are applying for.

The Goldlist additionally requires applicants to answer the following questions:

  • Do you have any bans or dewhitelists from other SS13/14 servers, or outstanding bans from other communities? If so, please list them here along with details.
  • What do you think the roles and expectations are for the jobs listed within this category?
  • (Opt.) As a player with this whitelist, you are uniquely empowered to guide and improve roleplay on DeltaV servers. What do you think about the current state of this roleplay, and, if you think it should be changed, how?

Security Whitelist:

Time requirements: 25hrs overall

Applicants should be aware of and hold some basic knowledge on the broader points of Space Law and SOP, and be capable of accurately and fairly applying them to situations. Applicants will be expected to make an effort at exemplifying the standards set out within both, and to enforce them as fairly as possible and with reasonable discretion while within Security roles.

Command Whitelist:

Time requirements: 100hrs overall

Applicants should be able to effectively lead a department and ensure that work is being completed to an acceptable standard and within acceptable time frames - in short, to be competent managers. Applicants will also be expected to hold members of their departments accountable to in-character policies, and to similarly follow them to the best of their ability.

CO Whitelist/Goldlist:

Time requirements: 25hrs Command, 25hrs Security

Applicants playing roles included under this whitelist tier hold the highest levels of authority aboard a DeltaV server, short of admin intervention; they must be intimately familiar with both the server rules and the in-character policies, and are expected not only to abide by but exemplify these standards. Applicants should: ensure that the station performs well within these regulations; manage and delegate tasks to members of the crew; and strive at all times to be professionalism and conduct themselves in an exemplary fashion.
