While our organization strives to exceed the expectations of our community with our staff team, No one is perfect. If any member of our community or another encounters an issue with a member of our staff team, we urge them to submit a staff report to document and allow us to properly investigate the issue.
Where to report
Staff reports are primarily handled over Discord. While we have trialed out a seperate email for those who feel discouraged to use Discord, we have found that this system resulted in many lost and forgotten tickets, and presented with extended response times. At this time there are 2 ways to submit a report:
To submit a staff report via the Ticket system, go to the page linked above, and click "Create Ticket" at the option that says "Staff Report"
2. Private direct messaging
While we strive to have a non-biased and approachable system, we understand that this is not a perfect system, any staff report can also be made via a private message over discord to any of the following staff roles:
- Project Managers
- Head Moderators
- Senior Moderators
- Head Game Administrators
Evidence Gathering tips
While every staff report is different, a few tips to assist the investigating staff member are below.
- If this happened in a round, try to include the round number
- if this happened in discord, include screenshots if you are able
Please understand that any investigation will be hindered if the issue has happened many months prior. Due to our Replays and logging systems, our servers only maintain these up to 4-6 months.
