Mechanically, Attorney is simply a roleplaying job with few responsibilities.

You are a bigshot, or up and coming, attorney of whatever legal firm you originate from. Your job is to scour for clients, sue on their behalf, defend them zealously in cases, and discuss (with a firm tone of voice) with the prosecutor until they reduce their sentence. You are essentially your own, small legal business, and it is up to you to find people to defend or sue.

You do not necessarily need to defend each and every person on the station. You can sue them for causing you or another person damage, and get compensation in court. You can sue for emotional, physical, or monetary damages. You can sue the clown for slipping you because it hurt your knee, hurt your feelings, or hurt your wallet. It is entirely up to you to twist your words to convince the judge of your argument.

Still, if clients aren't rolling in, you can always follow each and every detainee that security finds. Just be sure not to annoy them too much.
